KutxabankPay

KutxabankPay is a free app that allows you to make purchases at stores, send or request money from other individuals using Bizum, make donations to NGOs, securely make online purchases, and manage your cards. It is available for your convenience through Online Banking using your password.

• How to pay at stores with your mobile phone.

• You need an Android phone (version 4.4 or higher) with NFC capability. Install the app on your phone and select the card you want to use for payments. When you are ready to pay, approach the store's POS terminal with your phone, enter your PIN if prompted, and it's done. No need to open the app or have internet connection; you just need to unlock your phone as usual. You can do the same with our contactless ATMs to withdraw cash.

• How to send and request money through Bizum service.

• Through this free service, you can send or request money to any registered person in your phone contacts or by directly typing their phone number. You can also make donations to NGOs and charitable projects. This system allows for easy and secure instant transfers.

• How to make online purchases with Bizum or a virtual card.

• To use Bizum for online purchases, you need to activate the Bizum code from the app. It works similar to a PIN on a card and can be used on all participating stores that offer a Bizum button. If you prefer, you can also create a virtual card for safer online transactions.

• KutxabankPay: the method for collecting prizes from Lotteries and Bets Administration.

• Simply log in to the app and it will generate a QR code for you to show to the administration, which can be scanned. If you win a prize, the money will be instantly deposited into your account. And if you need to place a bet, just accept the payment at that time.

• How to manage your cards.

• You can turn off, activate, or permanently block a card if you have lost it, it has been stolen, or if there has been any unauthorized activity both in physical stores and online or ATMs.
